Easter Basket Ideas for Adults: A Guide to Making the Perfect Basket
Why should the kids have all the fun on Easter, we deserve treats and fun gifts too!
So here are our Top 3 tips for putting together a fun grown-up Easter basket.
- Make it colorful! If you're anything like me you might be a bit allergic to color (as my husband likes to say) but I think that creating a fun and exciting basket requires you to get creative and add in some more colorful items. For this basket I used these colorful daisy printed tea-towels as a base, added in this beautiful tin of Moonstruck Golden Milk, and included some bright ranunculus for styling. (If this were presented in a basket I think a small bunch of spring flowers is a great addition).
- Add in some Self Care. I love adding items to a gift basket that can be used multiple times and that will allow the gift recipient to pamper themself. I added the Botanical Facial Steam from Palermo Body and two of our Botanical Ceramic Candles. Both of these products add to the color and overall Spring vibe of our basket but can be used long after the holiday has passed.
- Remember something sweet. Easter is all about candy but I wanted to find some new and different ways to include something sweet in the basket. I picked up this Chocolate Raspberry spread at a local specialty shop. I think adding in something that can be used in an Easter Brunch is a great idea but it doesn't HAVE to be used right away, it can just go straight into the pantry for another time. The lastly, I found these Chocolate Mousse Eggs at Trader Joe's and RUN, DON'T WALK, to grab these (get an extra one for yourself too). These little eggs are chocolate cake layered with chocolate mouse and covered in chocolate. They are so good and the perfect treat to include in your basket to be eaten right away!
I hope this blog post gave you some good ideas for Easter Gifts, we can't wait to see what you put together.
