Our Guava Fig candle is a modern blend of apple, cassis (black current) and guava with notes of fig and pear. The result is a luxurious scent combination of fruitiness and woodiness hand poured into a clear 9 oz. rocks glass. Enjoy the crackle of the clean burning wooden wick and 60 hours of burn time. The glass is re-usable and comes in a luxury white box perfect for gift-giving or keeping all to yourself.

Here are a few candle care tips from us to you:

The first time you burn our candles, it’s important to allow it to burn for 2-3 hours to create a full “melt pool”. This means the melted wax reaches all the way to the edge of the container.
This ensures a clean, even burn all the way down. If the first burn is too short the candle will only burn down the middle, creating a tunnel.
After every burn (before relighting your candle), simply pinch off any split portion of the wood wick gently between two fingers. It might seem like the wick is too short but don't worry, you actually need a shorter wick (1/8" appropriately) for a wooden wick to burn properly. 
If it seems like it's not getting a strong enough flame, don't be tempted to pour out melted wax, the wax is the fuel that the wick is using to burn. Instead, blow the candle out, attempt to trim the wick again and relight it. 
All our candle containers can be re-used. Just wash out the container with warm soapy water. The Botanical Collection glasses and Simple Collection glasses are dishwasher safe.

    Simply Curated currently ships all orders via USPS from our shipping and fulfillment studio in Grand Rapids, MI. 
    In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or broken, our carriers & shippers require photo documentation for reimbursement & quality control. Snap a photo with your phone and e-mail the image to info@simplycurated.com with your name and a brief message, and we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within a few days.

    Perfect, just needs a lid

    My favorite candle scent! Love that it is clean soy the wood wick is wonderful. Wish it had a flat metal lid to prevent dust and be able to stack for storage.

    THE GOAT of CANDLES

    The Guava & Fig scent is absolutely the best. The scent is strong, but not too much, it’s perfect. It has this fresh yet fruity smell that is perfection. I discovered this scent in an Airbnb and it was a reed diffuser. I searched everywhere to find it. So glad I did. I have had so many people ask me what the smell is and where I got it.
