It's a mystery! All boxes contain over $150 retail value full of Simply Curated products! Mystery Boxes are only offered once a year and include seconds, samples and overstock products. 

For the first time ever we're also including Hand Wash, Lotion, and Reed diffusers in the Mystery Boxes! 

Some products they may have cosmetic imperfections, such as the wicks might not be perfectly straight or may have a small piece broken off, but they still smell great and will burn fine. The candles may be missing labels or outer packaging, or the wax may have started to discolor due to age. Some products (like hand wash and lotion) might not be filled all the way.


Here are a few candle care tips from us to you:

The first time you burn our candles, it’s important to allow it to burn for 2-3 hours to create a full “melt pool”. This means the melted wax reaches all the way to the edge of the container.
This ensures a clean, even burn all the way down. If the first burn is too short the candle will only burn down the middle, creating a tunnel.
After every burn (before relighting your candle), simply pinch off any split portion of the wood wick gently between two fingers. It might seem like the wick is too short but don't worry, you actually need a shorter wick (1/8" appropriately) for a wooden wick to burn properly. 
If it seems like it's not getting a strong enough flame, don't be tempted to pour out melted wax, the wax is the fuel that the wick is using to burn. Instead, blow the candle out, attempt to trim the wick again and relight it. 
All our candle containers can be re-used. Just wash out the container with warm soapy water. The Botanical Collection glasses and Simple Collection glasses are dishwasher safe.

    We will process your order within 3 business days unless a order processing delay has been noted on the website.

    Most orders arrive in 1-3 business days after being shipped. You will get a tracking number with your shipment confirmation email.

    Simply Curated currently ships all orders via USPS from our shipping and fulfillment studio in Grand Rapids, MI. 
    In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or broken, our carriers & shippers require photo documentation for reimbursement & quality control. Snap a photo with your phone and e-mail the image to info@simplycurated.com with your name and a brief message, and we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within a few days.

    I received my Mystery Box in mere days after ordering. The surprises were very exciting. I am burning Vanilla Lavender now and love it. Next comes the Botanical #1 candle-- cannot wait! The floral notes seem like a Butterfly garden 🦋 There are other items waiting for me in their due time. How exciting! I love it all...such a great idea. Simply Curated is a wonderful company, Sarah.     I think the mystery box was perfect and was a plesant surprise! There was a mix of candles and other Simply Curated items. In the future, I will certainly be purchasing another mystery box.
