This might be the coolest thing EVER! On July 4th, there will be a city-wide treasure hunt in Paris (Les Trésors de Paris), organized by city hall. After registration, you get a set of riddles that take you through the city to destinations where each point will give them further clues as to the final destination point (party at the end! Well, I would hope so…). Along the way, you get to meet shopkeepers and other participating business owners. Teams that arrive at the final point in time are entered into a ballot from which they get the chance to win rad prizes like swank dinners, hotel stays, or special Paris walking tours. I wish so bad I was getting to Paris now rather than September. This seems like a really great way to meet people. [Tresorsdeparis.fr]
