I’m not breathing so well today :(

Some of you might know that I have a condition called Costochondritis.

Costochondritis is a condition that causes chest pain due to inflammation of the cartilage and bones in the chest wall. Also called Tietze’s Syndrome, costochondritis occurs when there is inflammation at the junction of the rib bone and breastbone (sternum). At this junction, there is cartilage joining these bones. This cartilage can become irritated and inflamed. Depending on the extent of the inflammation, costochondritis can be quite painful.

I have had this pain for over a year now. Some days a worse than others. Today is very painful preasure, I am having a hard time breathing and it kinda feels like I want someone to crack my ribs open just to release the preasure. :(

When I was eating a raw food diet, the pain went away after about a week. And I stayed feeling healthy as long as I was raw.

But after being on the Thunder Cruise this past week and not being able to keep up with my diet, the pain has come back, and it’s pretty bad this time.

So for that reason I think I will go back to eating raw, so that I am not in pain anymore.
